Do I need insurance to be treated at MedPlex?

No, MedPlex can see patients with or without insurance because we cannot accept insurance for office visits.

What are the MedPlex treatment fees?

Our clinic visit fees to see the doctor are $225 for the initial visit (first month) and $195 for monthly visits after your first visit. If you have insurance, we can submit a Prior Authorization for prescription drug coverage to your insurance carrier for prescription drug coverage at your pharmacy. Dual Diagnosis Treatment visits are always $225

Does MedPlex conduct drug testing?

Yes, we do drug test for compliance monitoring. A third-party laboratory collects specimens and performs this testing. The lab accepts insurance, but they also have self-pay pricing if you do not have insurance.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Bring your photo identification and your insurance cards if you have insurance. Our fees are noted above, but we will have you fill out new patient paperwork. It is available on our website, or you can fill it out when you get to the office. You will see one of our Providers face to face and you will be able to take your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
